It will take 3-7 days for items to be processed. This time may change if the order is large.  Processing time does not include shipping time if item is not picked up locally.

Items are shipped daily Monday through Friday via USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Once an order has been shipped, the tracking number will be provided in your shipping notification. Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays. We encourage our customers to allow ample time for delivery as well as unplanned delays.

We don't accept returns or exchanges. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order and we will see if we can resolve the issue.

Returns and exchange details. Since all products are custom made and designed, please be accurate in the details of your order as the items cannot be refunded. Details in the original order are what will be used in making your items - NOT details from convos. Please ask questions first and then place your order with all details in the order.

Gently hand wash for best results.

Don’t soak in water. The decals might come off.
